These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MeeLink (https://meelink.cc), a bio-link page builder and URL-shortening service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to use MeeLink to host, link to, or redirect visitors to content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious (including phishing or malware distribution), or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to disable any bio page, link, or account that violates this policy, with or without notice.
MeeLink offers a Free plan and one or more paid plans ("Pro"). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or lifetime, as selected at checkout) via our payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, and/or Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings; your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and will not renew afterward. See our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (bio page text, images, links). By using MeeLink, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content and links on your bio page.
We aim to keep MeeLink available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and short links or bio pages may occasionally be unavailable as a result.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; this will permanently remove your bio pages and short links.
MeeLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MeeLink after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
